Mobile Home/Modular Home
In some ways Mobile/Modular homes are just like regular
homes but in others they are not.  That is the reason they have
their own type of policy.  It can be a policy to just insure the
home or a package policy that gives you contents and liability
coverage.  The age of the home, it's value and even your age
can cause the premium to be higher or lower.  

As always carry as high a deductible as possible to save
