No..The company computers take care of this and this will take
place on the renewal following your birthday

What should I bring with me to your office to get a rate?
On all drivers we need
Dates of birth
Social security numbers
Dates on any accidents or violations and type
On vehicles
Full description of vehicles
Vin number,title or tag receipt
If you take out a policy we also need name and address of your lien holder if you have
one and wish to have full coverage to cover the lien

Do I need more insurance than the state requires?
Yes. The state only requires very little insurance and if you are in an accident you could
still be left holding a major bill for what you did.

I've had a claim what should I do?
Go to our claims page and get the direct number for the Company you are insured with and call
them. If you do not know the company name call us and we can give you the company name. By
calling them you will speed up the claims process and let them get a statement from you. We
want to handle claims as quickly as possible

Why do you have more than one insurance company?
No one insurance company has the best rate for all people. By having more than one company
we can shop for you to secure the best rate. We represent you, our customer, not the insurance
company. Our computers give us the ability to check several companies.

What State's do you write insurance in?
We write insurance in Tennessee only.

I do not own a vehicle can I get insurance?
You can get a non-owner policy but this may not be the best answer for you if you have a
vehicle furnished for your regular everyday use. Let us know about this when you call. But yes
you can get insurance and in most cases you need it. We can also issue an SR-22 filing on a
non-owner if you are trying to get your license back from the State of Tennessee.
